(a) Any transaction authorized under this chapter shall be binding upon the entire estate and interest in the trust property of all the parties to the proceeding and of all persons designated and described in the proceeding, as provided. (b) No transaction, note, covenant, or other obligation, executed or entered into as a part of or as an incident to any transaction, shall bind the trustee or trustees personally, insofar as the transaction, note, covenant, or other obligation is made by the trustee or trustees in his or her or their representative capacity.
