Turner Reservoir. The director may make suitable rules and regulations governing fishing in Wallum Lake in Burrillville and Central Pond and the James V. Turner Reservoir in East Providence, and for this purpose, may confer with the Division of Fisheries and Wildlife in the department of Natural Resources of the commonwealth of Massachusetts concerning the fishing privileges of residents of Massachusetts in those bodies of water.
