§ 21-13-1

For the purpose of this chapter, the following words have the meanings ascribed to them in this section: (1) 'Director' means the director of health or his or her duly authorized agent. (2) 'Person' means the state, any municipality, political subdivision, institution, public or private corporation, individual partnership, or other entity.
