§ 21-28-2-14-1

A party aggrieved by a final order of a court entered in a proceeding brought under this chapter may appeal that order to the supreme court in accordance with the procedures contained in the rules of appellate procedure of the supreme court. History of Section.P.L. 1976, ch. 140, § 5.
