§ 22-7-3-5

Each branch of the legislature shall refer to the joint committee all bills and resolutions dealing directly with the pollution of air and water, and all bills and resolutions dealing directly with energy. History of Section.P.L. 1971, ch. 61, § 1; P.L. 1983, ch. 128, § 2.
