Lambert Memorial Little League Field. The third little league field located at the John T. Owens Memorial Field located on Niantic Avenue in the city of Providence shall be named and known as the Joseph F. Lambert Memorial Little League Field. History of Section.P.L. 1995, ch. 2, § 1.
