The newly constructed area from Tootell Road to West Alumni Avenue on the north side of the Kingston campus of the University of Rhode Island will be named the 'Lincoln Almond Plaza.' The south plaza of the Convocation Center on the Kingston Campus of the University of Rhode Island will be named the 'Robert Weygand Plaza.' History of Section.P.L. 2002, ch. 153, § 1.
