The section of road between America’s Cup Avenue and Washington Street in the city of Newport, formerly known as the Goat Island Connector Road, shall be named and known as the 'Gladys Carr Bolhouse Connector Road.' History of Section.P.L. 2003, ch. 51, § 1.
