§ 23-1-2-3

The chief counsel may appoint any assistants that may be deemed necessary whose powers and duties shall be similar to those imposed upon the chief counsel by law, and shall be performed under and by the advice and direction of the chief counsel. History of Section.P.L. 1974, ch. 274, § 1.
