§ 23-1-5-4

(a) The office of private well water contamination shall have access to the following information: (1) The names of all persons who have registered complaints concerning private well water contamination and all information concerning their complaints; and (2) All current records in the department of health and the department of environmental management pertaining to private well water contamination. (b) The office of private well water contamination shall have the authority to use this information in whatever ways are necessary to carry out the duties enumerated in § 23-1-5.3. (c) The department of environmental management, the department of health, and all other state agencies shall assist the office of private well water contamination in the performance of these duties.
