§ 23-1-57

[Repealed effective January 1, 2025.] Any distributor or dealer who sells, offers for sale, or possesses with intent to sell, electronic nicotine-delivery system products without a license as provided in § 23-1-56, shall be fined in accordance with the provisions of, and the penalties contained in, § 23-1-58.
