[Effective January 30, 2025.] Subject to applicable rules of evidence and procedure, any video or audio recording created through electronic monitoring under this chapter may be admitted into evidence in any civil, criminal, or administrative proceeding if the contents of the recording have not been edited or artificially enhanced and the video recording includes the date and time the events occurred.
