§ 23-17-9-13

The director of health is authorized to appoint an advisory board to advise the director on all matters relating to this chapter. The duties, powers, and membership of the board shall be enumerated through rules and regulations promulgated by the director. History of Section.P.L. 1990, ch. 381, § 2.
