§ 23-17-10-6

Each nursing facility licensed under this chapter shall have a plan for preventing the hazards of resident wandering from the facility. The plan shall be submitted to the licensing agency in a format determined by the director. History of Section.P.L. 2004, ch. 387, § 1.
