§ 23-17-56

(a) In order to apply for and/or maintain a current license as a school based health center, a person must possess a current license as a health care facility pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. (b) School based health centers shall be exempt from the provisions of §§ 23-17-14.3 and 23-17-14.4. History of Section.P.L. 2001, ch. 168, § 2.
