§ 23-18-13-10

Any request from a member of the public for any certificate of compliance from the manufacturer or supplier of a package or packaging component shall be: (1) Made in writing with a copy provided to the department; (2) Made specific as to package or packaging component information requested; and (3) Responded to by the manufacturer or supplier within sixty (60) days.
