§ 23-18-2-1

As used in this chapter: (1) 'Burial ground authority' means the municipality, ecclesiastical society, or cemetery association, as the case may be. (2) 'Burial place' means any tract of land within any municipality that is used or has been used or has been in existence as a burial ground. History of Section.P.L. 1990, ch. 204, § 1.
