§ 23-18-8-2

If at any time after a cemetery lot, crypt, or niche has been sold an agency receives additional funds from any source for perpetual care of the lot, crypt, or niche, all of the funds shall be deposited in the perpetual care fund. History of Section.P.L. 1993, ch. 473, § 1.
