§ 23-19-10-1

The corporation shall have the same rights and liabilities as public utilities when installing gas pipelines along or under interstate highways in the state including those rights and liabilities outlined in chapters 8 and 12 of title 24 and § 39-1-2. History of Section.P.L. 1984, ch. 373, § 1.
