§ 23-20-8-1-6

The director is authorized to adopt, modify, repeal, and promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the purposes of this chapter, and only after procedures in accordance with the administrative procedures act (chapter 35 of title 42) have been followed. The director is further authorized to assess fees for registrations issued in accordance with rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to the authority conferred by this chapter, provided that those fees are assessed only after procedures in accordance with the administrative procedures act (chapter 35 of title 42) have been followed.
