§ 23-24-3-6

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter, or of any rule, regulation, or order issued pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to a civil penalty to be assessed by the court or the director not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1000). In the case of a continuing violation, each day’s continuance shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. History of Section.P.L. 1982, ch. 358, § 1.
