§ 23-24-3-9

This chapter shall be liberally construed in order to achieve the purposes of this chapter. If any provision of this chapter shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the remainder of the statute shall not be affected. History of Section.P.L. 1982, ch. 358, § 1.
