§ 23-25-3-5

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or both the fine and imprisonment. History of Section.P.L. 1988, ch. 255, § 1.
