§ 23-25-36

The director may promulgate rules and regulations requiring the use of protective clothing and equipment by any person operating equipment for the application of any pesticide, insecticide, fungicide, herbicide, and rodenticide. History of Section.P.L. 1986, ch. 339, § 1.
