§ 23-27-3-108-1-8

The building official shall submit the following reports: (1) To the state building commissioner, a copy of the building permits activity for each month. (2) To the chief administrative officer of the municipality, a written statement of all permits and certificates issued, fees collected, inspections made, and notices and orders issued for each year. (3) To the committee, reports on decisions regarding the matters not covered as specified in § 23-27.3-101.2.2.
