§ 23-27-3-111-5

The owner or his or her authorized representative shall notify the building official upon the completion of a building or structure or part thereof. Prior to the issuance of the certificate of use and occupancy required in § 23-27.3-120.0, a final inspection shall be made and all violations of the approved plans and permit shall be noted and the holder of the permit shall be notified of the violations.
