A suitably designed placard approved by the committee shall be posted by the owner on all floors of every building and structure and part thereof designed for education, high hazard, storage mercantile, industrial, or business use (use groups, E, H, S, M, F, and B) as defined in Article 2. The placard shall be securely fastened to the building or structure in a readily visible place and shall state: the use group, the fire grading, the live load, and the occupancy load.
