§ 23-27-3-128-5-4

The waiver of the detailed plan examination and/or detailed field inspection shall be determined prior to the issuance of any permits and may be a prerequisite for the permit issuance. Refusal by the owner to provide such service as required by the building official shall result in the denial of the permit.
