The dispensing operation shall at all times be in unobstructed view of the attendant, and the placing or allowing of any obstacle to come between the dispensing operation, and the attendant, so as to obstruct the attendant’s view, is prohibited. History of Section.P.L. 1976, ch. 271, § 18.
