Admissions to all indoor places of assembly seating over two thousand (2000) persons wherein musical concerts are to be performed shall be by reserved seating only. No proprietor of any place of assembly, and no managers or other person or persons in charge thereof shall sell or cause to be sold non-reserved seating for the performance.
