§ 23-34-1-15

(a) Any violation of the provision of this chapter shall result in a revocation of the permit or certificate to operate, or both until all violations are abated. (b) Any person who willfully violates the provision of this chapter, or any order or regulation made pursuant to the provisions thereof shall be fined not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) or imprisoned not more than one (1) year or both.
