§ 23-38-2-1

No beverage shall be sold, offered for sale, or distributed within the state in a metal container designed and constructed so that the container is opened by detaching a metal ring or tab, except if the tab is made of tape, foil, or other soft material. History of Section.P.L. 1989, ch. 289, § 1.
