A person who violates this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250). Each day that the violation continues or exists shall constitute a separate offense. History of Section.P.L. 1986, ch. 365, § 1; P.L. 1997, ch. 326, § 44.
