§ 23-4-1-13

Private ambulance services that are used solely for the transportation of non-emergency patients shall be exempted from the provisions of this chapter and chapter 17.6 of this title. These services, however, must continue to conform to rules and regulations promulgated under this chapter which were in effect on May 1, 1982. History of Section.P.L. 1982, ch. 95, § 3.
