§ 23-59-17

Any person who willfully and knowingly violates any provision of this chapter, or any rule, regulation, or order issued under this chapter, shall be subject to payment of a fine in the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000). History of Section.P.L. 1987, ch. 101, § 1.
