§ 23-7-9

Any decision of the state mosquito abatement board on a proposed mosquito abatement program may be appealed to the director of environmental management. Appeal proceedings shall be in accordance with chapter 35 of title 42. History of Section.P.L. 1978, ch. 108, § 2.
