The twenty-first day of April shall be set apart as a day to be known as 'Dauphine Day' in honor of the arrival of the 'Dauphine' to Rhode Island in 1524. The day is to be observed by the people of this state with appropriate exercises in public places. History of Section.P.L. 1975, ch. 15, § 1.
