§ 27-14-2-4

Any order or decision of the director shall be subject to review in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act, chapter 35 of title 42, at the instance of any party to the proceedings whose interests are substantially affected. History of Section.P.L. 1992, ch. 445, § 1.
