In keeping with the provisions of §§ 27-19-2, 27-20-2, 27-20.1-2, and 27-20.2-2, it is expressly provided that all corporations subject to chapters 19, 20, 20.1, and 20.2 of this title are subject to this chapter. History of Section.P.L. 1979, ch. 52, § 1.
