§ 27-18-20

Any person, partnership, or corporation willfully violating any provision of this chapter or order of the commissioner made in accordance with this chapter shall forfeit to the people of the state a sum not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100) for each violation, which may be recovered by a civil action.
