§ 27-20-4-6

This chapter shall apply to policies and certificates issued, delivered, or renewed in the state of Rhode Island and certificates of multiple employer trusts located in other states where the employer is located in the state of Rhode Island. History of Section.P.L. 1992, ch. 387, § 2.
