§ 27-3-2-2

This chapter applies to resident and nonresident persons licensed to engage in the sale of the following lines of insurance: (1) All lines of life insurance and health insurance; (2) All lines of property and casualty insurance; and (3) All other lines of insurance for which an examination is required for licensing.
