§ 27-3-42

No license or renewal of a license to act as a surplus line broker shall be issued under §§ 27-3-38 and 27-3-39 [repealed] until there has been paid to the insurance commissioner, for the use of the state, a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00). History of Section.P.L. 1959, ch. 155, § 1.
