§ 27-44-13

The director may adopt reasonable rules for use by companies to record and report to the director their loss and expense experience and any other information determined by the director to be necessary or appropriate for the administration of this chapter and the effectuation of its purposes. No insurer shall be required to record or report its experience on a classification basis inconsistent with its own rating system. The director may designate one or more rating or advisory organizations to assist him or her in gathering, compiling, and reporting the information. History of Section.P.L. 1988, ch. 635, § 1.
