§ 27-7-1-6-2

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, upon the written consent of the insured, filed with the director, a rate in excess of the rate determined in accordance with the other provisions of this chapter may be used on any specific risk. History of Section.P.L. 1998, ch. 148, § 3.
