§ 27-7-4

Whenever an insurer pays a property damage or personal injury claim under the provisions of policies written pursuant to this chapter, the insurer upon the request of the policyholder must notify the policy holder of the amount of the claim paid. History of Section.P.L. 1986, ch. 62, § 1.
