§ 28-14-25

In all actions brought by the director as assignee under § 28-14-23, no court costs of any nature shall be required to be advanced nor shall any bond or other security be required from the director in connection with the action. History of Section.P.L. 1941, ch. 1069, § 10; G.L. 1956, § 28-14-25.
