The right, power, and jurisdiction to issue manufacturer’s and wholesaler’s licenses are solely in the department. The department has the right and power to limit the number of manufacturer’s and wholesaler’s licenses of each class. History of Section.P.L. 1996, ch. 100, art. 36, § 8.
