§ 3-6-5

A rectifier’s license authorizes the holder to engage in the business of rectifying and blending at the place described for the rectifying, purifying, refining, blending, warehousing and bottling of distilled spirits and wines within this state by any process other than by original and continuous distillation from mash, wort, or wash, through continuous closed vessels and pipes, until the manufacturing is complete.
