Contingent upon funding: (1) The director of the office of veterans’ affairs shall produce and annually update a comprehensive 'pocket guide of veterans’ services.' This document shall be a concise yet thorough compendium of the benefits and services available to veterans in Rhode Island. (2) Additionally, the director of veterans’ affairs shall develop and maintain a veterans’ online resource application of this information. (3) The director of veterans’ affairs is hereby authorized to accept grants and donations for this project.
